Arthur is the Blackthorn children’s super traumatized uncle, who is in charge of them de jure, but not so much de facto. Like his brother he is very bookish, but unlike Andrew ‘Two wives, seven kids, major leadership posistion’ Blackthorn, Arthur is a little more subdued, especially by the time of the story when he’s pretty much retreated into his own head. He needs help that his underage stressed nieces and nephews can’t give him, but despite his mental state he still tries his best to protect his family.
David Thewlis: He looks a little careworn and tired, and he has the glasses.
William Fitchner: Tired eyes, brown hair.
Hrithik Roshan: Is actually very hot, so I’m not sure where this picture came from, but I’m not one to look a gift horse in the mouth. Plus his eyes are green!
Paul McGann: A litle more together looking, still a little weathered. Very nice face.
Halit Ergenc: Look at that judgmental blue stare. Definitely suited to Arthur on a good day.
Jeremy Northam: The smollest academic.
